HOW IT WORKS
I created the Champions Challenge to help women kick-start their healthy lifestyle by building healthy, sustainable habits that will transform their mind and body. You will receive 40 workouts, Meal Plans/Options, and access to a private community.

By committing to just 31 DAYS of hard work, you can achieve lifelong health & fitness goals – with a community of amazing, inspiring, badass women.
This challenge will leave you feeling fitter, more motivated, and less stressed.

Here is an overview of the four weeks:
WEEK ONE:
1. Cardiovascular health, core, and mobility
2. Cleanse the gut
3. Goal setting

WEEK TWO:
1. Circuit training, HIIT, and fat burning
2. Fueling your body and mind
3. The build of healthy habits

WEEK THREE:
1. Strength training, longevity, performance
2. Portion control
3. Mindset for change

WEEK FOUR:
1. Low impact and yoga combinations.
2. Best food practices
3. Life changing routines

It’s only $50 to register for the challenge.
The winners will be selected by a panel after the final submission deadline.
