Things to do daily

  • Pick your meals for the week from the cook book and previous recipes you have enjoyed.

  • Continue to drink water throughout the day.

  • Fruits and Vegetables for snacks during the day as well as eating a serving of fruit/veggies before every meal.

  • Keep a Food Journal noting how you feel immediately after eating and two hours prior.

  • As you journal, take note of triggers/ things happening throughout the day that may urge you to go for the unhealthier option.

  • Continue to exercise
