Two of my favorite easy Breakfast Options

Coffee + Banana Smoothie:

Coffee AND a smoothie?!?!?! The best thing ever.

I had one of these every single morning in India and I am obsessed.

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup almond milk / your non-dairy milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup organic coffee (I like to steep the coffee over night in the fridge).

  • 3 dates, pitted.

  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder

  • A pinch of Himalayan sea salt

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

Fresh fruit for serving

Optional: add a scoop of protein powder, I use Vital Proteins Marine Collagen or Peptides Powder

Add honey some natural honey if you like sweetener

BLEND + Add a handful of ice cubes for texture

Banana 🍌Pudding Oats!

Here is a new amazingly delicious overnight oats recipe. It takes about 5 minutes to make:


  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats (I did Bobs Red Mill, GF old fashioned rolled oats)

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 cup raw unsweetened light coconut milk

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes

  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 TBSP maple syrup

  • 1 Packet stevia/raw sugar

  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl. I added 1/2 of the banana to the oats and then topped them off in the morning with the other half & coconut flakes!

I wouldn’t consider overnight oats to be healthy, but I wouldn’t consider them to be unhealthy! Just “not healthy”. A good option to keep you full and to eat in moderation! They’re easy to make and great for grabbing on the go! — usually people make them in cute little mason jars... wine glass works too
