WARM UP:
Jump Rope: REPEAT 3X
50 Forward Jumps
50 Alternating Jump
25 Single Leg RIGHT
25 Single Leg LEFT
CIRCUIT: 3 SETS!
1. Kettlebell Front Squat X 12
2. Kettlebell Forward Lunge X 12 EACH LEG
3. Kettlebell Swings X 14
4. Step Ups with weight (squeeze your butt at the top!!) X 8 EACH LEG
5. Single Leg Lunge X 8 EACH LEG
