This is one of my favorites for a healthy lunch!
It is so easy and a great paleo option.
This recipe serves 4!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
4 wild-caught salmon filets, cooked
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup green peas
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon ground garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Pink Himalayan salt & Pepper to taste.
8 large butter lettuce leaves or collard greens
In a bowl, combine all ingredients besides the lettuce!
Scoop your the mixture into your lettuce wrap and serve.
