I love making these cute tuna sliders for lunch!
Apples are also in season! Nothing compares to biting into an apple directly off the tree! It’s so juicy and packs a flavor punch. They are so easy to make and the apple adds the perfect zest.
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tbsps avocado mayo (Primal Kitchen) or 1 Avocado Mashed
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 handful of spinach
In a bowl, add the tuna, onion, "mayo", sea salt, and spinach. Mix well.
Add the tuna on top of the sliced apple. Serve and enjoy!
