BONUS: EASY MEAL PREP
Smoothies make a great breakfast and are super easy to prep:
To get started, buy quart-sized freezer-safe plastic zip closure bags - you can rinse and reuse them for the weeks that follow. I recommend these bags from Amazon!
Next, you’ll want a bunch of bananas, a bag of fresh spinach, cinnamon, your favorite milk, and a blend of your favorite frozen fruits, for example: sliced peaches, raspberries, and strawberries.
Add half a banana to each freezer bag, a ⅓ cup of each of your fruits, and a handful of spinach.
Close each bag and place in the freezer. All you have to do in the morning is add a cup of your favorite milk, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and your freezer pack to the blender, and boom!
